If you do see my food diary today and notice that I am not eating much, please don't be alarmed. I am on a fast day! Not so much abstinence from food, just sticking to more liquids and fruits. Tonight I will probably have sprouts for dinner. I am totally falling in love with sprouts. SO much fiber, so filling, at no cost to my per day calorie count. I am in love with sprouts. Hey! Forgot to mention. I cooked a really healthy meal last night. Chicken and vegetable stir fry (Spinach, carrot, tomato, capsicum, carrot, mint, dill, thyme, rosemary, chilli, turmeric, oregano, celery, tandoori masala, black pepper and salt)
I am learning to be self motivating and self supportive i.e., not depending on anyone else but the Lord for my diet and exercise. Doing great thanks to Jesus :D
