I am going to cry. I am just so fed up of starting over and over again because of stupid speed bumps. I had a muscle strain or tear or whatever. It was so painful... What's the treatment? REST... I do not need to rest... I put on 2 kilos... I need to get back to running, walking gyming, dancing, etc... I feel so fat and weird... I am depressed, snappy and there's nothing around to motivate me :( That was until I came here and I read my buddies' journal entries... Thanks guys you all rock.
