Since all my clothes don't fit me anymore, had to alter some and buy new ones. Bought dresses to go with the season of outings and family gatherings. It felt good to not have to go for plus size clothing anymore and actually fit and look good in a couple of clothes that I really liked. No more settling for what fits over what my eyes fancy :)

Important note to all who want to lose weight: Cutting carbs and sugars to the maximum for the first 17-20 is integral to kick start your weight loss. Garlic, green tea, apple cider vinegar and fenugreek are weight loss super foods read up on them! Also cleansing your bowels from gunk and parasites is integral, these two factors cause major weight gain in a lot of people without them even knowing! Doctors like blame hormones. You control your hormones, do not let them control you! Exercise is the key to controlling hormonal levels, start with the basics of walking and works towards more intensive exercise. I took baby steps and I am shocked at the amount of exercise I can do! A 'loser' of weight and loving it truly very much!

So had to completely revamp my wardrobe, every one is complimenting my weight loss thus far. Some people passing remarks such as she can't lose anymore. Very close companion says my figure is still out of shape. Anyway can't make everyone happy, I will just do this for myself and my health, everyone can get in line when they want to. It is a free world. Did I mention my blood tests have been showing that I am 10 times healthier :) WOOOOHOOOO. Celebration!!! So on to move 10 kilos more! Depending on my Creator to shape my curves, please God help cannot do without You!
