Been a good girl except I ate a banana last night. Managed to fight off the need for chocolate and popcorn at the movie theatre. Saw Godzilla at an IMAX theatre, was an experience you all must have! Oh the smell of popcorn was so intense I had to close my nose!
You want to know what helped kill the craving? It was 2 shots of espresso! Killed my chocolate and sweet craving instantly. No sugar mind you!
When I got home I had a banana and 200 ml buttermilk. Not bad I say, but as usual I can do better.
Looking forward to today! It is Tuesday!!! I have dance class this evening :) I'm going to stretch, split and bust some moves!!! How you all doing today?

Today I feel more strong and hopeful to stick to my diet and exercise plans. I binged and overate because I pegged Monday or today, as the day I begin again. The aim is to reach 60s before my birthday :) I turn 30 in August ;) I have a dance show coming up and I need to look good and work on my flexibility, so warding off some extra kilos will help for sure. How are you all doing? Thanks for stopping by my journal!

I am too scared to weigh myself. I have not been strict with myself the past few months. I have also been emotionally eating. However, I have been exercising! I got promoted to a higher level in my dance class. I am far more flexible than before. I can almost split (just an inch more to touch the ground)!!! The clothes I had to buy when I got thin still fit, so I don't think I may have put on too much. So, here's the deal, I am not going to weigh in till my clothes get loose. I am getting back on my diet. Small steps, I might stray with a sweet dish or two. Time to work towards the ideal by the end of this year; I need to get down to the 50s!
