Hi My name is Cindy, I live in Wisconsin. I have been fighting with my weight most of my life. I went as far as in 2002 having a gastric bypass. I would do it over again if I was better prepaired for it. I gained back most of my weight and now fighting to get it back off. I'm married to a great guy, and have 3 super girls ages 10, 9, and 6 who keep me very busy. I heard about this site on t.v and it sounded great so here I am giving it a try.

I need your help
Hi my name is Cindy I live in Wisconsin, I'm 42 and tired of being fat. I need a buddie, some one that I can check in with a lot, someone who my be able to give me some help. Its like this in 2002 I had a gastric bypass I lost 117lbs, I was not taught how to use my head along with the bypass, so I gained back 45lbs. I have been trying for it seems like forever to get the weight back off. I love to work out, I work out 5 to 6 times a week both cardio and weights, my problem is I don't know how to eat right, if I could learn how to do everything I would be ok I think. I'm the type of person that needs to check in with someone all the time. I need a lot of encouragement, I have very low self essteem, and have fought with depression for about 11 years. My sister is also on this site but I feel I need someone else besides her, I love her very much but I think you know what I mean. Any ways i weogh 247 and woukld love to get to 165, but I can't do it by myself, so I'm begging for at least one buddie but will take more.
Thank You Cindy

maintaining weight after gastric bypass surgery
Hi congrats on doing so well with your bypass. I had one in 2002 and I have gained back 75lbs. Now I can't get it off. Any ideas on how I can get my bypass working again? Also what do you eat and how much.
