Up a lb after breakfast and lunch. All good though, I’m getting there. Most defines I’ve been since I was in my early 20s. Really getting a lot of protein w help of Greek yogurt, protein powder and beans. Not scarfing down tons of meat which I think is good long term. Excited w progress I know I’ll hit my goal eventually. Enjoying the journey vs the destination.

Down to 160. Missed dinner last night (but not ice cream) so not sure how much effect that has. But recently started surfing again, been 15 years, and it surprisingly came back quickly. Smoothies have really improved my protein intake and helped me balance my fat/ carb/ protein chart. Burning at least 2500 kcal a week w cardio and other exercise. Will keep trudging along.

Lowest I’ve been on here in a while, don’t expect it to last though. Did a 24 hour fast Mon- Tues because of some reflux, etc. Now I’m trying 8/16 eating window/ fasting. Just doing it for health benefits more than anything. Need to see a doctor next month for checkup. Would like to be in best condition I can be in, because doctors scare the hell out of me.

Up down, up down, up down. Clothes feel better, physique is better, sleep is better. I’m eating better, exercising almost every day, spending less money on crappy food, getting more vitamins, minerals and varieties of foods in diet. I’ll just enjoy the journey because this is obviously gonna be a slow one.
