I love to go walking and usually use my treadmil everyday. This last weeks has been very busy and i know i should have done more but i didnt make the time. I didnt record my meals my computer broke down. It is fixed and i will start again.

I had been using this website before and exercising and watching what i ate and had some success with it. My husband and i became pregnent and just had a baby boy on July 9th 2011. We are very happy, but it is now time for me to get back into shap. i miss running and would really like to get back into that routine and the shap i was in before getting pregnant. it made me feel great and full of energy.

I found out i was pregnant in December so i didnt try to keep track of loosing weight. Our Son was born July 9th and at that time i was 225lbs i have lost most of the baby weight just 5 extra pounds to go. I still wish to get down to my goal weight of 160. This time i will try harder.
