bought a new digital scale and can't believe the difference in weight on it. Ho hum..what to do? no sure which one to follow...like the weight on the 1st, hard to read. like the digital on the 2nd, but it seems heavy by about 5 lbs?

I didn't do my best this week, but still lost a little. Cheated this weekend and had a beer and piece of cake at a B-day party. had veggie pizza for dinner. nothing low cal about those choices. Oh well. On to the next week. maybe if I follow strict during the week, my weekends can be more flexible? I'd like to lose 2+ lbs a week for the next 8 weeks.
