Hi Community!! I just started the Keto diet 3 weeks ago. The first week I lost 10 pounds.....2 weeks later I haven't dropped any more. I am eating high fat, low carb. I have no idea what I am doing wrong - haven't cheated once!

Mummydee, that was my first step going into this this time around...im setting small goals at a time, I will NOT look at the huge picture, because it does seem sooo daunting...I have a whole person to lose! but that's ok! starting with 20 lbs, that's my first goal
I fell off the wagon yesterday or as you said ran beside lol, but today im right back on it and ready to hit the pool for some laps this evening
