Late 30's white male.. Married 17 years with 3 kids.. Formerly quite active but neck injuries, depression and a sedentary lifestyle have contributed to gaining weight over the years - Hard to believe I was 152 coming out of basic training 19 years ago, with a 32" waist...
Have dieted in various forms over the years, and have ballooned as high as 285 and gotten as low as 210. Been pretty stable in the 225-235 range for the past several years.
My goal is simple - I want to be back to 175 by my 40th birthday in November, I want to reclaim that athletic body I once had and be one of those guys girls used to check out..
