I think for the first time ever i had a huge calorie deficit while on travel!! If I can do it for the next 2 days, it would be awesome! I’m searching my bag, I hope I packed extra willpower :)

Well had two separate days that I overachieved on calories. Back on it… need to lose at least 4lbs a month through October. I want to build muscle and lose some of the front porch. I turn 52 this November, it ain’t gonna get any easier…
