Had a carbo binge on Sunday night. Pies, chocolate, tarts...everything I should not eat. Therefore I am quite happy with the loss of another 1.1kg. Still battling to get training!

Yesterday I went to the gym and played a round of golf. My ketosis count was much higher than the previous day. I thought about this and it made sense: If you exercise your body will convert more fat for energy and voila, up goes your ketostick colour!
I therefore now believe a sedentary lifestyle will curtail the benefits to be had from Atkins.

I have learnt a few things the last two weeks:
1. You CANNOT eat as much as you like!
2. Drinking enough water is vitally important!
3. Aspartame is recognized by my body as a carb, and therefore the gallons of Sprite Zero I drank was NOT a good thing.
4. I must exercise every day.
