Adicionei BCAA no pré treino e Proteína isolada no pós. Ganhei 1,5 KG e Logo em seguida voltei aos 95KG , Período de uns 20 dias, Tive uma boa diminuição nas medidas, acredito que consegui fazer um Bulking

Seguindo em o LCHF, tomando um pouco de cuidado na quantidade de FAT, sem exageram muito no total de calorias do dia.
Seguindo o jejum intermitente 16 X 8 ( O mais próximo dissso possivel).
Treinos de muhai thay + hiit + corridas de 8k (1 dia de descanso na semana)
1 a dois dias de cerveja na semana
