I actually started the South Beach Diet at 162 lbs. I didn't find this site until I was already down to 149. My goal weight is 135. I stayed in Phase 1 for 4 weeks, then went to Phase 2 so I could start having fruit and whole grains. I enjoy cooking and love doing Yoga. I hate cardio but force myself to do it for 30 min 4-5 times a week. I am at a stall on the weight loss and think my portions are too big. Maybe I should start counting calories as well? I have no clue how to do this.
