I am 26 years old and i want to loose 50 more pounds off of me. I workout 5 days a week and i run 3 days out of those 5. i also do zumba 4 days a week. I have a personal trainer to gives me exercises to do when i see him every week and he kicks my butt and i am tired after that workout for the day. sometimes i can' keep up because i have asthma and makes me loose my breath. once i loose some more weight i will not have those problems as much anymore. My personal trainer notice today when i see that my endurance is improving a lot that better than has a while back.
