Feeling good on 1200 calories....didn't plan right yesterday and felt hungry before bed..nice feeling though.

Feel better today...I did it 1200 calories yesterday and even went to a Chinese food restaurant for dinner! No rice, no egg roll but I had a delicious shrimp and vege stir fry, won ton soup and a fortune cookie! Fortune said "Laziness is resting when your not tired".

Bummed...after not eating dinner last week and no snacking,,,no loss..now almost a week of 1700..no loss...switching to 1200 calories.

Hi all...switching from low carb to low cal. is messing with my head. It's like playing gin rummy then switching to spades...are Aces low or high.
