With all that is going on lately, I have to say the weekend was a much needed reprieve for my mind. it was relaxing. the tenion between my husband and I was not as prominent. spending time with the kids outside was just what I needed.
today isn't sunny but since i've made certain steps towards inner peace and happiness it isn't affecting my mood at all whatsoever. that is a great feeling. i've got energy and i'm working it!
very happy indeed! now to find my mojo for exercise!!

Today i'm trying to balance my shakes and snacks to increase my fiber intake. woman should be getting 35 grams of fiber a day. I'm finding i'm not hungry as often so i'm really making an attempt to plan my snacks accordingly to make sure i get my fiber and protein increased appropriatly. I also don't want to put any more brain power into this plan than I already do.
I have another 4 weeks in my local challenge Herbalife group and I think i'll see better results in trying to keep my numbers where they need to be
calories: 1250-1350
protein: 109g
fiber: 35

I've been on the Herbal Life diet plan for 8 weeks. I've lost 16 pounds so far and still going strong. One of the biggest hurdles that I thought would continue to be a struggle was my junk food habit. I LOVE to bake. I have 6 kids and they love to eat. This is truly the very first diet i've STUCK with for this long, totally curbed my sugar addiction and have seen weight loss each and every week!!!
I'm very excited and I look forward to each and every day. I have found my long lost energy thanks to the Herbal Life Tea. I get to enjoy PIES, SHAKES, or PROTEIN BAR for my meals and one honest to goodness healthy meal a day. I can choose which meal to supplement depending on the layout of my day.
well, time for pie!
