I used to be a health nut but one day my life got turned upside down and food became my comfort. Currently at the heaviest I've ever been in my life most of my clothes can't fit and I refuse to buy bigger clothes instead I'm going work on losing this weight and go back to a healthier way of life. The impact of stress and depression have lead me here but no more feeling sorry for myself time to take action.
