I'm following a Mediterranean way of eating. I eat mostly plant-based with whole foods. I eat fish, chicken, or eggs a few times a week, and rarely red meat. Occasionally I'll eat something minimally processed, but I try to keep that pretty limited.
So far I feel amazing! It has helped my pain in my fingers from osteoarthritis, the aches/pains in my knees and hips, and general inflammation in my body which is a great feeling. If I cheat from this way of eating I can feel the affects of that the next day which helps keep me motivated to continue on the right path!
