How to start? What to say?
It's been a long long time. Nearly two years if i am correct.
For a multitude of reasons i left fatsecret (only used the food-calculator now and again)
I been about 10 kilo's fatter again, lost it again, and now i'm hovering around my magic 92 number, steadily growing. I been sick, been better, cycled a lot without any great achiefments, sat on the couch, and finally i got struck by a nasty double hernia that floored me for 4 months straigh. And again i survived.
I still have weight to be lost however, and i tried the "finger-spitschen-gefuhl", i tried "not-caring", i tried any and every way to do this without a strick regime, but i came to this sad sad conclusion:
I cannot do it unless i'm all in. I cannot do it without a good plan-of-attack. I cannot do it alone!
...
So, here i am. With my heart in my hands, standing at again a new beginning. Buddies? anyone?

GOAL made:
cycle the col de la madeleine
(twice actually)
gianed weight, but im not worried about that at all...
its all fluids!
so next goal: 1750 km in 3 weeks starting 2 juli....

after a week of hard manual labour i am holding a bit of water.
I can not only tell on the scale, but my muscles are so full of water that i can hardly move. My hands are protesting as we speak. i really love the result of my work, and lets hope that the water will leave my body soon.
Chrismas at the out-laws will be a blast today (not), but my resolve is great. x-mas is NOT about the food!!!!
i wish you all the same resolve! think of it this way,
after today you can either be back on square one, or you can be one little step nearer your goal!!!!

hello all,
A different message then you are used from me the last year or so, but im SUPER motivated!!! Going to this personal trainer was a million dollar solution!
Ofcaurse he is not there with me when i stand in front of the fridge, but in my head i am not only arguing myself, i am also trying to make up excuses why i failed. And i am very bad at making excuses (*lol*)
so 90,6 kilo and going down!
