still got my other two pounds from the christmas season....but am working at peeling it off again....I am on the tenth day of my 21 day self challenge...up to 30 minutes of walking (3 miles per hour) and up to 15 minutes on the recumbent bike....i am also adding in a couple of extra exercises to try to strengthen up my shoulder around the injured part....hoping to get it into shape for my dragonboating tseason....time will tell, I guess

ok...its January 2nd...all the holiday stuff is done with...I am back on the wagon...not too much damage over the last two weeks...just one or two pounds back...so i will lose them quickly and be back on the road to health and slim...lol...
I am on day one of my 21 day challenge to myself...I have been swimming....walked for 20 minutes...and ridden the recumbent bike for a total of ten minutes....i am hoping to improve the times for the biking and the walking over the next three weeks...but am working up slowly....

whoa!!! good thing the holidays are almost over....I ate THREE pieces of a really good pizza tonight....first time my net numbers have been in the red.....Oh well...one more day and I get back on my program..

stayed the same over the Christmas break so not too bad....i still have all the willpower...and will be back on the wagon very soon

well I have been back to work for two twelve hour shifts...and I spent a day recovering....I ate a few candies and other naughties over the past few days...Christmas stuff...but not too bad and I totally understand the gaining of a pound...or two..but after Christmas i will knuckle down again..In the meantime I will be very cautious about any extras I indulge in...but I am not going to be goofy about it...
