Started immunogizer Sept 2.almost 2weeks 2pounds lost plus inches off waist etc. Wearing back skinny jeans again . as usual slowpprogress but at least seeing progress.

So I'm now about the same or 1pound more since last week however I've lost inches and all round look better. Wanted to see a deficit in pounds this week:(but oh well I'll c continue to work at it. N b stricter this week. Eat more fish drink lime water exercise more. This week I only exercised thrice as opposed to 5 times last week. Had 2 interviews lost some sleep this week n stressed a bit. Hoping this week will b better n the scale will move again. 187now:(.
I also skipped a few times on the pills due to lack of slp. Family noticed my weight loss though n so hav I. It's more inches n maybe just 3/4 pounds but I'll take it:).

so i weighed in on Friday and finally the scale is moving:):) i lost 3/4 pounds:) been taking slimquick, dieting, drinking 3 litres of water and most importantly this stuff made me exercise 5 times in the week as opposed to the usual 2 or 3 i normally do. i did walking on the hill along wtih alot of abs and gillad.there were also days where i ate probly 2 meals. i think as long as i keep calorie intake around 1200 and exercise ill lose. at this rate i plan to keep going and aim to lose at least 4 pounds each week. elated the scale is moving finally. on ripped fuel for months i worked out n dieted n only lost inches n the scale did not budge. Praying this continues:)
cheated on the weekend with my diet but back on the wagon tomorrow:)also drinking green tea n going to try eating more salads.
