Definitely seeing results now. Gym is working. Dont care about the scale that much anymore!im losing inches and i look more toned:)well hope to at least see another pound or 2 come off by monday:)slacked off the smoothies last night and had chinese but didnt go overboard:)feeling motivated:)gym n smoothies work:)one/two meals mainly and not stressing helps alottttt!!!n getting adequate sleep!!

Bought Kayle for the first and tried it in my smoothie, not sure if it was the orange i added that gave a tangy taste but i enjoyed it apart from the callaloo. Feeling lighter. Apparantly the gym smoothies and green tea is working. Though its just a one pound loss this week. still gratefull. At least the scale is moving. Pushing for the 170's again:)

I was slowed down last week cause i wasnt feeling that well, this week more exercise. 180 here i come. next saturday i should be that weight. now 182 instead of 184 and it feels great!!green smoothie diet and cutting out meat and processed foods work!now to get in more exercise. went to the gym sat morning plan to do gillad in the evenings and gym on saturday. Lets see how this week goes. I cant wait to be in the 170's again. Prior to surgery it was years since i was there. goal weight just around the corner, new clothes here i come:)

Tried the green smoothie diet for the first time. worked great as a detox, feel way healthier, and lost i think 1 to 2 pounds! Had it for lunch and dinner saturday and dinner sunday. Plan to have it for dinner each day. Spinach, cucumber, carrot, pineapple, apple, banana, ginger all blended into a smoothie. Positive with exercise I can lost at least 4 pounds in a week with this diet. start weight was 183/4. now 182. Next monday hopefully 178.
