think i am nervous about weighing in tomorrow!!!!! only 750 calories today, but mostly carb. not bad carbs, but nonetheless, carbs.

ooh did not eat tons today, but had a black licorice high. 8 pieces. not to many calories, but oh way to much sugar count.

yea!!! i lost 4 lbs this first week.

Diet followed reasonably well

okay, i am doing pretty well. No chips the last few days, which is great. i love chips in any variety form or condition!!!! i will weigh in monday morning.
