Only 179 calories over on Friday. Yesterday was... a bit more. Back on it today, and looking good. Got a big ol' Avocado Bacon salad with my name on it tonight.

The plan is to count all weekend. Fridays and Saturdays have always been rough with temptation. We are doubling down on moderation. I will update throughout. Here's to jumping on the scale Monday with "No Regerts".
