Buenas. Les hago una consulta, yo suelo consumir unos 123grs de proteina diaria en prom. Se que hay una regla de 2grs por Kilo. Siendo que peso 83kg, mi promedio es de 1,5grs por kilo. Es muy bajo ese numero para aumentar masa muscular en forma moderada?
