Curves
stop find a school or community park and start walking/buy a ten dollar workout ball at walmart and use it on rain days save your 30 to 40 dollars amonth

Unclear about some of the do's and dont's
syurp in the cups no good . i make my veg soup buy veg stockand bag of frozen soup veg. heat and serve not as good as fresh veg but very easy. fresh fruit and veg the best.far as soup mix and teriyaki.nothing on phase one that i would use them in myself. good luck keep smashing

i pan fry add onion mushroom ect like a omlettr/ add tabasco nothing better good luck
