I have fallen off the wagon pretty badly the last couple of weeks.
I should be grateful but new work commitments will be making it harder to get to the gym as often as possible.

This was not my best day of the week. Managed to get to the gym in the morning but from 12pm onwards i completly pigged out I haven't filled in diary completly because i can't remember all the bad things i had.
never mind, I won't dwell on it.

Just got back from yoga, its more of a workout than I first thought, really worked up a sweat. A bit frustrated that I can't do all the poses.
Been a bit bad today to many custard creams.
