Spinning out of control here... I had a crazy weekend trip with 30 middle-schoolers where fast food was ALL we got, including a pizza buffet. Then to top the weekend off, was my daughter's 13th birthday party at her Aunt's house. Aunt cooked the most high calorie, high carb, high fat meal possible with cookie cake for dessert! Oooooohhhh baby! So now I am reeling from all the bad food cravings and having an extremely hard time willing myself to STOP THE MADNESS!! It's over!!!! Time to get back to healthy and NORMAL.

Some good news, the stress from trying to get the difficult business taxes done has been lifted since our geographical area has been listed as a disaster zone from the March 2nd tornadoes that came through. Because of this, I have an extra month to get the taxes and payments in without penalty.

Sabotage!!!!! Those dang jelly beans. They just keep jumping in my grocery cart and sneaking into my house and then when I least expect it, they sprint full blast right into my mouth!

But seriously, I've gotta get real and quit this fooling around. I have been gaining and losing the same 2 or 3 pounds over and over for the last 1.5 months. Stress is my deal-breaker. The last two or three weeks have been full of it. Between a terminal relative being in the hospital to trying to get some very messed up business taxes done (on time) to a weekend trip I'm not looking forward to taking, it is all I can do to keep from cramming a whole bulk bag of chocolate chips down my throat.

When I exercise, I feel so great. I don't know why I can't consistently do that every day (if it makes me feel so good.) Looks like that "feel good" would be motivation enough. But apparently it's not. So, spotty exercise and erratic eating have kept me from losing anything. At least I haven't gained much.

I want to get down below 200. That will be such a big accomplishment. I'm sure I am just a pound or two away from reaching the big "BLUE". I want that! I need that! I have GOT to get my head in the game.
