I'm 32 and a bit of a yoyo dieter. But work relocating meant my only option is to cycle to work. I've seen the lbs fall away so now I hope with diet as well I may finally be a "normal" weight and healthy.
I need to pass a maths exam so I can go to university in September to do a degree and improve my career.
I just hope I can keep the exercise up in September when I no longer cycle to work and of course keep the diet (or should that be healthy lifestyle) going with a change of routine.
