Today sth is wrong... I felt so weak and fragile while working out. I couldnt complete cycling. But Bulletproof should fix it by noon.

Sugar really is the most harmful drug after heroin. Today i just had a jelly about 20 grams. Its almost 10 pm in the evening and im bargaining with the devil for not to fry some donuts and dip'em in sticky sugar syrup...
