I had been slacking and gained 4 lbs so I had to get back to 179. Today I weight that amount again. And am back on diet. I expect to shred another 30-40 lbs in 8 months to a year

Even tho I ate a hearthy breakfast I have lost 1 more pound and have a high amount of water mass. 30% fat mass and 29% muscle mass. I must weight totally 178 overall but I’ll just enter the small number. Trying to eat less to stay in constant deficit and I have a couple cheat days here and there. But I def eat some sort of protein every day. I work out 4-5 times a day

Even though I ate some pizza yesterday. I lost another pound. I think because I have more muscle mass. I’m starting to spend more fat mass. Hence I’m getting out of my plateau. I am trying to eat less and stick to 2 meals a day. Or at least 2000 calories or 1780 calories a day. Plus workouts.
