Weight is up :( It has been for the last week, but I've been in denial so I didn't 'weigh in' on FS. Ugh. I don't really feel that crappy.. usually I can tell if I've gained weight based on how I feel. I know I haven't been working out as much as I should. I will be getting back on track today!!
Volleyball game at 8pm tonight, maybe I'll try to get a little cardio in beforehand. It's going to be raining for the next 9874320526 days, so I'll try some stationary bike? I just sent in my monthly registration form for CrossFit, so hopefully I can start tomorrow!! I signed up for 2x a week, or 8 classes per month. I need to start supplementing this with some light running as well.
It looks like I won't be meeting my goal of 130 lbs by the end of May :/
The boyfriend is home at his parents house all week, so now I REALLY have no excuse not to work out almost every day this week...

Alright people. I'm back on track! I had my CrossFit class on Tuesday night, and I did my FIRST (assisted) pull up!!! I was so proud of myself! We were using these resistance bands to help us learn the proper kip pullup technique. I was SO excited when I did it. But I will say, my lats are seriously feeling it.. They're unbelievably sore!! I'm really loving CrossFit a lot. It is such a challenge and I always feel accomplished at the end of every workout. You surprise yourself with your capabilities.
I went to bikram yoga last night to try and stretch out a lot, but now I'm even more sore. It was a good class though. I went with a friend of mine who I haven't seen in a while, so it was nice to catch up!
Busy day today too... Full 9.5 hour work day, immediately followed by a volleyball game, probably go out and get food with the team, and then my last CrossFit intro class right after that! I have a feeling I'm going to sleep like a baby tonight!
On another note, I'm starting to get really upset with my boyfriend. He got turned down by every job he's interviewed with. I'm trying to be as understanding as possible and sympathize with him because he's taking it really personally, but he needs to snap out of it. He's circling into this depression and it's scaring me that he's just going to give up altogether. He's so smart and talented, and I know he just needs to keep looking for the right job, but he refuses to make concessions in what he's willing to look for. He refuses to take a pay cut, he refuses to change fields, but none of this is working. He needs to broaden his spectrum in order to find something, but he won't. And now he's giving up all together in actually job searching because 'if none of these people wanted to hire me, why would anyone else?' It's really upsetting to see him like this, and I want to be there for him, but where do I draw the line and start kicking his butt back into gear?

Helloooo team! It's been a little while since I've been on here. My bad :( I've been running around like a crazy person, so I've had no time to hop on and journal.
I wouldn't be surprised if my brain was turning to mush. I can't think, I can't process, and I need about 48 hours straight of sleep. And it's only Tuesday... cool.
Eating has been TERRIBLE lately. No no no good at all. I really need to step up my game and finish what I set out to do. Which means actually going to the grocery store and buying healthy food, rather than just buying lunch every day (I don't have the $$ for it either!!)
Send me some love if you're feeling as blah and lethargic...... or if you can snap me out of it.
