Most of my life I have been 15 -20 lbs over weight. Last year I lose to 145 due to stress and anxiety. That's over; I quit somking and gain to 165. Now six months later I ready to tackle weight. At moment I'm on slim fast diet. two drinks a day, regular meals of high protein with vegetable or salad, snaks have been carrots and a few peanuts, only been on for three days. wORKING PHYSICALLY VERY HARD GETTING MY HOUSE READY TO SELL. lOST THREE LBS.
