My weigh in today showed a loss, and I was shocked, fully expecting a gain of a few pounds. My eating habits have not been the best, and my exercise habits had dropped off considerably. In March, I was riding my bike almost daily, and committed to weighing and logging everything I ate. By mid April, my cycling had dropped down to maybe three days a week. And 19 days now into May and I only have six bike rides and zero in home workouts.

So... since I clearly struggle with maintaining strict food limitations, going to try tackling this from a workout perspective. Setting a goal to workout in some capacity 5 days a week, with 2 days to include light weights. And will do my best at eating sensibly, not denying foods I love, but eating them within moderation. So today I had a fruit smoothie for breakfast, a salad for lunch, and a snack of cheddar poppers and strawberry sweet tea. But I rode my bike just over 11 miles. And dinner will be a turkey burger and salad.
