Day 4: Was a good day. All my plans went to H*LL in a hand basket. But that is par for thr course around her. I got ALL my water. WHEW! that is not as easy as I thought. I did have 3 splenda pak's & 2 drink mixes. Which from what I've read on here is a no-no. I'll have to check that out.
Made the Parmesan Crusted Chicken but didn't have the time to make the desert. I'll make it for Sunday dinner. The chicken was good & I roasted brussel sprouts instead of green beans. I made SF Jello with 1/2 cup of cream but the cream curdled, any idea what I did wrong? So even though I'm WHINING! All went well.
I'll blame the limited exercise on the my staff for haveing major malfunctions all day. Not really I just need someone to blame.
Oh, I'm having a pity party! Would you like to come.
I weighed my self this morning & holding steady @ 180 so that is GOOD. Well I know today will be better because tommrow is the weekend!!!
