Wow! I guess its been a while since I have been on here! I started a new job a month ago and I am bike commuting 3x/week. its almost 9 miles each way, so the increase in activity has helped, along with the fact that I am not in the same house with my fridge for 10 hours a day! Hopefully I can get down to my goal so that my rides (especially the up hill ones) are easier
