Hi I am a Stay at Home and have 5 children, 4 girls and 1 boy. It has been almost 4 years now since the twins were born and there is no more excuse to not lose this weight I put on while pregnant with them.
We do alot of camping and travel as much as possible. We love to hike with the kids. Other than that I love to read a good book when I get the chance and I really do enjoy working out once I get there.
My overall goal is to get back to my weight of 180 before becoming pregnant with the twins. And hopefully once I get there I will maybe make a new goal. For now that I have small goals so if I could lose a pound or two a week and I will be happy.
