Bom dia pessoal!!! Em dezembro de 2022 estava com 77kg, me assustei tanto e decidi mudar. Iniciei por conta própria uma dieta cetogênica e passei a perder peso, só fiz por um mês pq é MT agressivo e depois já não cobseguia comer as besteiras de antes.
Hj me pesei e deu 72, 85 kg.
Estou MT feliz, é nítida a mudança: troquei arroz pela salada, evito refrigerante, tirei o pãozinho de todos os dias e substituí por ovos.
Você que está no processo, não desista!!!
