Starting my day with a plan! Unfortunately that plan revolves around movement in all ways today if you catch my drift.Feel like I have a rock in my gut. So starting the day with a big ole healthy portion of greens in an omelet and no cheese today at all! Revamping the diet for the next 3 days. No sugar free jello, whipped topping, watching the sodium count . Watering it up because I'm feeling bloated. The fingers feel like sausage links today lol. I got a plan! No stall foods at all and exercising early. Everyone have a productive day!

Off day today it was a snow day for me laaaaaaaaaazy. All I felt for some reason was hunger fought off everything read journals and kept to my FB Keto groups for inspiration. The problem was I had got up at 3:30 a.m. hungry already so it was technically breakfast in the middle of the night. 3 hours earlier than I usually have breakfast. So naturally by 8 Im looking for lunch (UGH) still had the rest of the day to deal with a dinner time. So Miss Snack till you crack had to be real careful as it was a laaaaaazy day. Wasnt motivated, slightly burnt out, Carbs 8% Protein 21% and Fats 71%. Felt okay about that but carbs was higher than I wanted. I refuse to get on scale till the end of the week. Next 3 days its nose to the grindstone on exercise and revamping my strategy. Being I dont have to work for the next 3 days my work aerobics so to speak have to be done another way. Emotionally I feel bad like I cheated all day long which almost allowed me to have thoughts of doing another diet. Then I slapped myself out of that thought process real quick. Its momentary thoughts that should not be there. Im successful I know it just this week maybe a bit slow on loss but S#!t happens.

So almost 3 months in pretty set on tweaking and adjusting when necessary. I have decided this week to add 2 medium strawberries and 5 yes 5 blueberries to my half cup of Greek Yogurt. Estimated 8 carbs out of the 20-25 net carbs I may cut out 3 net carbs by reducing the 1/2 cup of yogurt to 1/4 cut that I will allow myself. Its experimental of course wanting to watch sugar grams at all costs. I have been averaging a loss of 2 or more lbs a week comfortably. I think I got this. I have added approximately 3-5 net carbs per week whether it be nuts or greek yogurt. So I want to see it it will influence my loss. 3 months in I am very bored and dont want to dabble in the many keto dessert recipes. Still wanting to monitor the sugar demon within me It will show just how much restraint I can have with such a minimal fruit carb. Time will tell.

Down 3.2 lbs this week Im feeling stronger by the day. Keto has changed my life by allowing me not to be in bondage to the Carb. I appreciate this group of people who struggle with finding a way to stay healthy and I find great encouragement from others journeys. Its going to be a great day! Diligence is the key. I log Everything some may say Im obsessive because I tweak here or log there but every act of putting food in my mouth has to be accounted for. Its the only way I will succeed. I set up my food logs two or three days in advance and try to stay as close to the plan. I know its strange but it keeps me on the straight and narrow. Thank you everyone who gives of themselves to help others have the strength to go on and become successful.
