Thank you Lord, for guiding me to a healthy body. I feel so clear minded and more energetic after ridding the processed foods from my body. After doing the Ultimate Daniel Fast for 21 days I feel ready to get into healthy eating for life as an offering of a healthy body so I can better serve the Lord. He provides all good food!

Well, after a few weeks of just eating whatever people brought to the house after Dad passed away, I just ate and ate and ate for comfort. I am up 10 lbs in 1-2 weeks...pizza, pasta, brownies, pies, Thanksgiving meal and leftovers, etc... Done and tired of feeling aweful!!! Here we gooooooooooooo!!!!! May the Lord guide me and keep me as He has done before. Thank you Lord.
