Hola amigos, alguien que tenga la buena voluntad de ayudarme a usar esta app. Aún no entiendo cómo ingresar mis comidas diarias, por ejem:
Primera comida es a las 6 am: 30 gr proteína en polvo + fruta ...
Segunda comida 8 am: 3 claras de huevo y 1 yema + 3 galletones de arroz
Tercera comida 11 am: 80 gr arroz (o fideo integral) + 200 gr de pollo (o pavo)....
Etc......Hasta la 6ta comida ....
