I'm 51, which makes me laugh because my brain thinks I'm 30. I have 2 grown children and the empty nest is driving me to eat. This is a new way to keep me on track as I try to lose the weight, again.

Low fat diet
Low fat is the best way for me to lose weight. I count fat grams in every thing I eat and when it adds up to 20, I'm done. I don't worry about kinds of fats, as I don't want to make it too difficult to remember. Good luck!

This Birthday VS. Last Birthday
Last year I was about 165 in September. Now I'm 144 and hope to be in the 130's by the end of Sept. It's good to look back an d see what I've accomplished.

I get emotional eating because stress is number 9one with me. I know when I have had a bad day at work when I come home and stand in the kitchen and graze out of the cupboard. I go back to work in 2 weeks and will see what happens now!
