Today is one of those days that could get you off your diet! Nothing like free waffles to get in the way.
I don't think restricting yourself is ever the answer. Just practice portion control today. Maybe not a whole waffle. Keep the butter to a minimum and be easy on the syrup. Have a lot of fruit if they offer it.
There is much worse out there for you than waffles. Enjoy!

This is day one of the diet. I figured waiting until after the Super Bowl would give me the best chance of success! I would like to lose 18 lbs in about 9 weeks. I have a vacation in Palm Desert in 6, and would like to be in a little better shape for "pool time."
I'm currently 188. I would like to be at about 176 by Palm Desert and 170 at the end of the 9 weeks. Then I just want to maintain that!
