晨,體脂30.9%,內臟脂肪3
🌱HIIT*15分鐘,大腿訓練10分鐘,共25分鐘。
吃完飯趁要哄娃睡覺前,先運動運動,因為明天要吃母親節大餐了!!趕緊先減起來放。

自從產後六週月子餐吃完開始,每天三餐中至少有一餐原型食物(大鍋湯),裡面加滿青菜、菇類、豆包、偷渡一些火鍋料(最近愛上吃淡水魚丸😊)、豬梅花肉片偶爾花枝中卷或魚肉片。

醫生確認子宮復原完後,開始恢復運動,搭配飲食控制與積極哺乳,因為沒時間出門慢跑做有氧,選擇有效率的間歇運動來提高心率,體重開始按照計畫下降了,內心很踏實。

同時也約好了6月底要去冷凍消脂做體雕的計劃!
剷除產後難纏的腰肚肉!目標是8月回職場前要變回原形👏👏
