I have been eating more of a brunch vs breakfast and/or lunch. I am slowly learning that certain food combinations do not agree with my stomach at all.
emotionally I am feeling a tad bit better,. but when I step on the scale and see that I am up even 1/2 a lb it ruins my whole day. I still do not see the weight loss in the mirror at all. starting to wonder if I ever will.. I have tried the whole find something that I like about my body, but lately nothing.. oh boohoo poor me .😟😫
hope others are doing better then this.

new week and I am hoping that all the junk I ate on the weekend is now out of my system. yep that's pretty much all I ate all weekend.
however on the flip side I did do some walking, some working and enjoyed a festival downtown with my mom. 😎.
hope everyone has a successful week.
p.s. i'm a little nervous to do a weigh in.. but that will be done soon 😵

it's Friday. I believe the hot spell has broken so a bit of a relief there. been trying to manage my snacking, it's tad bit difficult.
plus drinking all this water is suppose to fill you up but yet I end up feeling sick.😞 not quite sure about that either.
oh well such as life.. you live and learn.. today is a new day.

"tears of sadness, can turn into tears of laughter if you don't give up."
well I have not given up, but I was close. right now I am hoping that my new medications help control my silly brain. although a few of the new ones can cause weight gain I am taking it as a challenge not to pack on the pounds like before. my weight fluctuates by 1.5 to 2 lbs depending on if I have pigged out after work. that is my main problem and has been for quite sometime. part of the problem is that it is so hot where I work that I do not feel like eating... but when I get home where it is somewhat cooler I find myself starving. if anyone who reads this has any suggestions on how to combat this would be greatly appreciated. please consider that I have a very physical job that is located in a warehouse with no air-conditioning, so when the humidity is 40 outside it feels like 50 degree C inside.

they say to tackle one problem at a time. so although I am still careful what I eat. I've been dealing with some other issues that take priority.
so I'm still here and keep up to date with my notifications. I hope to be able incorporate a regular routine of recording and reaching my goal weight.
until then I wish everyone continued success, and for those struggling I wish for you to find that one thing that you are comfortable with and helps you reach your goal. 😃
