exercise with an injury
I aggravated my muscles that join to my hip and pelvis so I've been in agony and not wanting to exercise etc. Went for an hour walk and that helped a bit. Looking forward to getting back to zumba.

Dieting during school or work
You could walk / run up and down stairs if you have any at school. Any other way to get your heart rate up will burn more calories. Starjumps etc. Take note of portions sizes especially meat (only need size of your palm) and pasta/rice. All the best.
