2 gluten free snacks. This will be useful later, for my hilly run that requires a lot of energy. Up till now, I've been relying on fruit before runs which has been helpful. Sometimes I need to refuel during the run and carrying fruit isn't possible. This packaged snack is a good size for carrying, but has ingredients that I'd rather not ingest - like glycerin, natural flavor, citric acid...I need to search for a homemade recipe...
