Bfast, lunch, snacks. The yogurt is kefir, my dietician recommended it. Has a lot more probiotics than greek yogurt. I've noticed marketed improvement in my tummy happiness when switching to 1 cup kefir, 3 days per week.

Frittata, bell peppers, zuchini, red onion, sweet potato, broccoli, 2 eggs, 1/8 c half and half, extra sharp cheddar cheese, italian seasoning, 1 Tbsp olive oil. With mandarin orange and cantalope.
