Jogged(1.5 miles) & walked(2 miles) 3.5 miles today at lunch took me approx 55 min.

Goal 1 Met, as of this morning! My scale actually read 148.? Rock on. I didn't want to report it until I am getting the same or lower results for a few days in a row since my weight can fluctuate by a a pound or two from day to day. I'm just thrilled to finally be below 150!
This also means I have officially lost 10 lbs since I started on 3-2-09! WOO HOO!!!
The hard work is starting to really pay off. Keep it goin' Girl!

jogged & walked 3 miles yesterday & jogged & walked another 4.3 miles today. Woo Hoo!!!
That make 3 days in row so far this week(STARTING SAT) of exercise & I did 6 days in a row last week.
